The 5 Pronged Approach To Building Your Online Business And Creating Passive Income

I have been asked to speak, both at live events and on teleseminars, about the way I have become so successful on the internet in such a relatively short period of time. I enjoy sharing my story, mainly because it has helped so many others to follow in my footsteps. I have created what I refer to as the “5 Pronged Approach” to building an online business. The five prongs are:

• blogging – this is the way to build your visibility online and let people know who you are and what you do. Become a problem solver when you post to your blog and visitors will sign up to learn more. Post at least three times each week and encourgae your readers to comment on your posts.
• article writing and marketing – writing articles will help you to gain credibility and position yourself as an expert on the internet. I have now written 800 article during the past seventeen months. These articles continue to bring people to my blog to find out more about what I talked about in my articles.
• social networking – you must have a presence on Twitter and Facebook to connect with people from all over the world who are interested in what you are doing online. You can start your own group on Facebook and reach people who are thought leaders in your field on Twitter. Follow me on Twitter and be my friend on Facebook to see how I am using these social media tools. Using Facebook and Twitter have allowed me to triple my list during the past few months.
• teleseminars – you can tell by my previous post how teleseminars have helped me to build trust with my prospects. I continue to hold one free teleseminar each week and additional teleseminars to teach my courses and to hold weekly mastermind calls with mt mentees.
• info product creation – you must have your own products to sell so that you can create passive income for years to come. These can be written and audio digital products, or physical products that can be shipped by a fulfillment house. A combination of both digital and physical products will help you to create an info product empire that brings you income 24/7/365.
