Attending Live Events To Build Your Online Business

Posted by Connie Ragen Green on Sep 12, 2008 in Internet Marketing, List Building |

This weekend I am at the Bridging Heart and Marketing Conference. Attending live events is an excellent way to connect with people and build your list of prospects. You will also learn something new from each speaker, even if you have heard them speak in the past. I always take lots of business cards to exchange with other conference attendees, and also a notebook so I can take notes to review later.

In two weeks I will be in Atlanta for the biggest and, in my opinion, most important conference of them all. It is called the Big Seminar, and attending this conference for the first time last April changed my online business in ways I could not have imagined in the past. I made contact with some of the biggest names on the internet, and learned how to run my business in less time while increasing my income.

I only attend three or four conferences a year, and these are two that I recommend highly. Plan on attending at least one conference over the next 6 months and your online business will change dramatically. Whether you write eBooks, give teleseminars, blog, or write articles – or hopefully all three – you will benefit from attending live events.
